NEW HOME PROCESS

STEP 1: FINDING A PROPERTY

We work with many realtors to assist their clients to select the perfect home site for their dream home. We are available to meet with you and your Realtor at any desired property to discuss the possibilities. 

STEP 2: CONCEPTUAL DESIGN 

This is where it starts to get fun. In this stage we sit down with you and discuss at length your vision, learn how you live, and understand your budget. From this we can generate Conceptual Floor Plans, Site Plan, and Conceptual 3D Imagery.

STEP 3: SCHEMATIC DESIGN 

Your Dream Home Design starts to come to life! We create realistic 3D Imagery and Video Walk-Throughs for you to experience what your home will look like. We also look into all of the current City Codes and Ordinances to ensure what we create can be accomplished!  

STEP 4: WORKING DRAWINGS 

We put together a drawing set that will consist of dimensioned floor plans, site plan, elevations, sections, and other extensive information that will have the ability to generate accurate bids from Interior Designers, Engineers, and Contractors.

STEP 5: PERMIT DRAWINGS 

After the Bids are in and you are comfortable with the Preliminary Budget that has been established, we then proceed with creating Permit Drawings for your home. These are also called Construction Documents. They will contain all Engineering Drawings, Design Details, and information to build your home. 

STEP 6: HOME CONSTRUCTION 

Once a Permit has been issued, you and your General Contractor have the ability to now start construction on your home. We do offer On-Site Inspection Services to ensure the design intent and quality is carried out as intended.
