SHAWN KAFFER, AIA
The home is the backdrop to our lives. It is where we have dinner with family, where we celebrate with friends, where our children grow, and where we dream. This is why collaboration is the central core of our design process with every client. Each home we design is specific to the homeowner's identity. Our founder, Shawn Kaffer, has over 20 years of experience and hundreds of completed projects that reflect this philosophy.
As a licensed Architect, Shawn believes in the fundamental responsibility of producing high quality efficient and sustainable environments through a collaboration of all sectors in the design and construction process. He embraces the responsibility that goes beyond visual aesthetics to provide a higher standard of efficiency, performance and market value for our clients.
Shawn has a degree of Architecture from the University of Kentucky. With an intensive focus on the Beaux Arts, he has studied in Venice, Italy; in Boston, and in Denver. Shawn’s lifelong passions for art and social context influence and shape his work. His wife Jennifer and his two children, Ethan and Jozi, are a constant inspiration in all that he does as their passions in art, music and design also resonate in their daily lives.
