STEP 1: DUE DILIGENCE

We work with many Developers, Realtors, and General Contractors to assist them in their Due Diligence Process. We have the ability provide the following services at this stage: Conceptual Site Plans, City Ordinance Studies, Preliminary Floor Plans, and 3D Massing Models can be provided at this stage to ensure the Home Size, Room Count and Attributes can be accomplished to ensure the project is on the right track for success.

STEP 2: SCHEMATIC DESIGN 

At this stage we provide a Schematic Design Package that can be presented to Investors, City Officials, and Potential Homeowners. This includes presentation site plan, floor plans, elevations, 3D modelling, renderings and 3D fly thrus.

We will also present a 30% Bid Package for Preliminary Bidding Purposes.

STEP 4: WORKING DRAWINGS 

We put together a drawing set that will consist of dimensioned floor plans, site plan, elevations, sections, and other extensive information that will have the ability to generate accurate bids from Interior Designers, Engineers, and Contractors.

STEP 4: VALUE ENGINEERING 

After the Bids are in, we understand there are always ways to find opportunities to reduce costs. We are able to work with you and your team finding ways to balance a high quality home product, and ensure the project can demand the highest price point to maximize profits.

STEP 5: PERMIT DRAWINGS 

After the Bids are in and you are comfortable with the Preliminary Budget that has been established, we then proceed with creating Permit Drawings for your project.

STEP 6: SALES AND MARKETING MATERIALS 

We can provide a full Marketing Material Package containing Marketing Floor Plans, Realistic Renderings, Photography, Realistic Fly-Thrus, Website, and full Social Media Presence. We also have the ability to work with you and your Sales Team in numerous capacities ranging from Model Home Staging, Colorizing Programs, Sales Team Training, and Potential Homeowner Tours and Presentations.
